1. About these terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of MakeSomeoneHappyOrNot, a service for creating and sharing personalized digital surprise links. By using the service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Pre-launch notice: The operator's full legal name, registered address, tax details and commercial registration information must be added here before commercial launch.

2. The service

You select a template, provide names, an email address and optional personalized content, preview the experience and purchase a time-limited digital link. The available features, price, currency and link lifetime are displayed before payment.

Your saved text and emoji selections are preserved in the delivered link. To keep each play lively, visual transition directions and synthesized sound variations may be selected randomly and may differ from the preview or between replays. Audio availability and volume also depend on the recipient's browser, device and settings.

3. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate payment and contact information and have a lawful reason to provide another person's name or other personal information. You are responsible for the content you submit and for sharing the final link only with intended recipients.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use the service for harassment, threats, hate, impersonation, fraud, illegal sexual content, privacy violations, malware, spam, intellectual-property infringement or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or remove content that violates these rules.

5. Orders and payment

An order becomes effective after payment is confirmed by the selected payment provider. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by MakeSomeoneHappyOrNot. You will receive confirmation in a durable format when the configured email service is available.

By expressly requesting immediate creation and delivery before the withdrawal period ends, you acknowledge that, once delivery begins, you lose your right of withdrawal. Payments are non-refundable once the personalized link has been generated, except where required by law or where the digital product was not delivered correctly.

6. Delivery and availability

The purchased link is generated after successful payment and is normally available for 30 days, starting when payment is successfully confirmed. If a different lifetime is displayed at checkout, the displayed period applies. Internet services can experience interruptions; we will take reasonable steps to restore access but cannot promise uninterrupted availability.

7. Intellectual property

The application, branding, templates and original visual assets belong to their respective owners. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us the limited permission needed to store, render and deliver it.

Emoji artwork is provided by Streamline Emojis and is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. SVG filenames were normalized for integration into MakeSomeoneHappyOrNot; the artwork was not materially modified. Streamline does not endorse MakeSomeoneHappyOrNot.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, misuse of a shared link or content submitted by users.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version and effective date shown on this page identify the applicable text. Material changes will be communicated where required.
